Why we built it.
Every professional who comes apart is visible in hindsight.
Afterward, the record is unambiguous. The sleep went first. Then the isolation. Then the small slips that nobody strung together. The people around them each saw a piece. No one saw the shape. By the time the system responded, the response was a consequence rather than an intervention, and a career, sometimes a life, had already been impacted.
The programs that carry this work are staffed by people who care intensely and who are working with spreadsheets, phone calls, and memory. They are not failing. They are being asked to see a pattern that no human can hold across a hundred participants.
We built the thing that would have seen it. Not to judge anyone, and not to replace the clinician who makes the call, but so that the call gets made while it can still be a small one.
