Who we serve

Health systems and care teams

Instead of an annual burnout survey that tells you what happened last year, PI² measures stability continuously, identifies the specific driver, and routes to the support that addresses it.

The investment is already there. The infrastructure is still missing.

Testing and compliance systems are highly operationalized. Wellness programs are common. Burnout initiatives are active. What's missing is the piece underneath all of them: continuous measurement of how the people behind the work are actually doing.

The measurement layer

Multiple sources brought together into a composite index, measured continuously, so that change is visible early.

Routing to action

Insight goes to the program staff and clinicians who can act on it, with the context they need. Every determination stays with a licensed clinician.

What does turnover cost your organization?

45%of U.S. physicians report at least one symptom of burnout.
$500,000 to $1 million+to replace one physician who leaves.
$5.19 milliona year lost by the average hospital to registered nurse turnover.

What PI² does not do.

PI² does not diagnose, it does not determine fitness, and it does not decide anyone's license. Clinicians decide. The system informs.
