Who we serve
Built for the programs and organizations that support professionals.
PI² brings it all together in one place: screening, case management, prediction, and everything a program cannot do without.
The program layer
The daily work of a professional health program, held in one participant record and one program record: testing, documentation, reporting, and close-out.
The work a program cannot do without
- Random selection
- Case documentation
- External results in one record
- Profession specific panels
- Compliance reporting
- Result adjudication
- Document repository
- Audit trail on every material change
What prediction adds
Without prediction, a program learns about a change after the fact. PI² is built to show it early.
It brings multiple sources together into a composite index and measures it continuously, so a program sees direction over time and not only a single result.
When stability shifts, PI² identifies the specific driver and routes that insight to the program staff and clinicians who can act on it, so that support reaches a participant sooner.
A prediction is not a decision. It informs the clinician who makes the call.
Configured to each program.
No two programs are alike. Each profession has its own standards, its own requirements, and its own way of working.
Physicians and clinicians
Physician health programs and programs for nurses, pharmacists, and other licensed clinicians, with panels and workflows that reflect how each program runs.
Other professional sectors
The same infrastructure is built for programs that support people in other high-consequence roles, such as aviation, law enforcement, and the legal profession.
Your existing ecosystem
PI² is designed to work alongside a program's laboratories, evaluators, and treatment partners, so that no one is asked to start over.
Confidential by design
Participation is confidential. PI² does not report identified information to boards or licensing authorities. Aggregate reporting uses de-identified data, and every determination stays with a licensed clinician.
What changes for the program, in practice
- Staff time shifts from manually reviewing every record to the cases that need attention now.
- Earlier stabilization is designed to reduce costly crisis evaluations and emergency referrals.
- Documentation is organized and accessible when a program needs it.
- Programs can serve more participants without growing staff in the same proportion.
None of this replaces the clinician. It gives the clinician more time for the calls only a clinician can make.
What PI² does not do.
PI² does not diagnose, it does not determine fitness, and it does not decide anyone's license. Clinicians decide. The system informs.

PI² is moving from build to launch, and walkthroughs are open now. We are configuring it to the way programs operate.
